A man in a motorized wheelchair crosses against the light, as another man driving a car with a disabled parking card nearly hits him, not slowing down a smidgen.

Nothing wrong with laughing about it, even though it may not seem very politically correct. Whenever anyone nearly gets hit by a car, no matter how mobile they are, we either laugh or we cry.
