You Call That A Flag? That’s Not A Flag

I see that Sleestak, the part-time patriot over at Lady, That’s My Skull, is making a feeble attempt at showing his support for the red, white and blue.

Are we supposed to believe a puny pin worn on the lapel conveys support for this great nation of ours?

When the iSplotchy makes a patriotic statement, it’s with a capital ‘P’ and an italicized, bolded capital ‘S’.

Behold!

Vote iSplotchy for President in 2008 — the only candidate with an enormous flag sticking out of its pipe.

  1. Clearly this is what both Obama and McCain have been waiting for.

And me too… although I almost never have a lapel. I will wear the freakin’ thing around my neck on chain.

My iSplotchy- love it or leave it!

  2. franiam, I can tell you are a super-patriot!

sleestak, the first rule about fight club is that you don’t talk about fight club.

dc, but some ways are better than others.

  3. I think you should go with Giuliani’s suggestion and spray paint “9/11” in red across the iSplotchy. “Preferably the messy kind of spray paint like they used on that “V” television series back in the 80s” were his exact words I think.

Added with the flag, I think the booster shot of patriotism would put it in the bag. Beware contenders! The iSplotchy loves freedom more than you!

  4. d, thanks for your support!

manx, I think it would be even better if I could make a Giuliani stencil and have his head spray-painted on the iSplotchy.

Or perhaps I should make an iSplotchy stencil for Giuliani…
