Richard Branson. I once used an assload of frequent flyer miles that I had on Delta, to fly Virgin to London. I flew first class. This was in 1996 and I had not done too much first class flying then. Anyway I get on the plane and this nice man comes over to offer me a drink and it is Sir Richard himself. He was charming and delightful, that is all I can say. Reply
