Alright. I know it ain’t pretty and most of the time, I try to be fancy with little red ones, or even the irresistible fingerling varieties. Even sweets have their time, but when it comes survival, this one can’t be beat.
Latkas, home fries, french fries, hash browns, soup, baked, mashed…. I make them all.
