{"id":4511,"date":"2013-06-27T21:35:18","date_gmt":"2013-06-28T02:35:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/isplotchy.com\/blog\/?p=4511"},"modified":"2013-06-27T21:40:17","modified_gmt":"2013-06-28T02:40:17","slug":"instagram-v-v-v-v-v-v-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isplotchy.com\/blog\/2013\/06\/instagram-v-v-v-v-v-v-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Instagram V-v-v-v-v-v-video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I took a few Instagram videos on the way home from work. \u00a0My connection was kind of spotty, so they eventually all failed to upload. \u00a0It was kind of annoying, because, unlike photos, you can&#8217;t select videos from your library. \u00a0You have to go straight from camera to upload, and if the upload cheeses, you&#8217;re hosed.<\/p>\n<p>This is the same way Vine works (or doesn&#8217;t work, rather). \u00a0Boooooo!<\/p>\n<p>Oh, the other day ShesAllWrite did a nice comparison of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shesallwrite.me\/video-on-instagram-and-vine-whats-the-difference\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram and Vine<\/a>. \u00a0I do like the look and feel of the Instagram video, and think 15 seconds is a much nicer time to work with than Vine&#8217;s 6 seconds. Since I have been able to make videos on Instagram, I haven&#8217;t gone back to Vine once.<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, I uploaded all my failed-to-upload videos to YouTube.
