The Lincoln Motel has one of the brightest signs, and probably has more neon by square footage than any of the other Hooker Motels.

One odd thing to note about the Lincoln's neon, as evident in the above left picture and the Office photos below, is that there seems to be a mixture of pink and reddish orange in the Lincoln's signage. It remains to be seen whether this is by design, or is rather the result of a repair.

While the other Hooker Motels are clustered together in groups of two and three on Lincoln Avenue, this motel stands alone in a predominantly Asian (particularly Korean) neighborhood. Note the large sign for a Japanese restaurant in the background.
